Return and Refund Policy

At Zavique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at wakanjatrades@gmail.com before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at wakanjatrades@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want an item, you may request a return within the 30-day return period. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank, PayPal, card provider, or payment processor to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Any such restrictions will be stated on the applicable product page where relevant.
